洗胃后灌注解磷定抢救重症口服有机磷农药中毒

本文报道了在常规抢救措施同时采用洗胃后灌注（口服）解磷定，抢救重症口服有机磷农药中毒３７例。本治疗组比对照组有明显差异性，平均住院日短（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清胆碱酯酶恢复正常值时间（Ｐ〈０．０１）和阿托品化时间（Ｐ〈０．０１）为快，平均阿托品用量少（Ｐ〈０．０１），无一例中毒患者死亡。其解毒主要机理、方法、疗效作了简单讨论。

Treatment of orally organophospnorus pesticide poisoning by perfusing pyraloxime methiodide after gastrolavage

37 cases of focal symptom of orlly organophospnorus pesticide poisoning were treated by traditional rescue measures andat the sametime by adopting perfusion(or,orally )with pyraloxime methiodide after gastrolavage. This orally group had re-markable difference compared with routine group. Mean date of the hospitalization was short (P<0.05).Mormal serum che-recovery(P<0.01 )and atropinization was quick(P<0.01).Mean atropinization total dose few(P<0.01).no case died.The principal,mechanism,method and curative effect of the detoaxication were discussed.
