| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨P5 3在肝母细胞瘤的表达情况。方法 :应用S -P法对 2 6例肝母细胞瘤行P5 3免疫组化染色 ,用显微图像分析仪测定阳性细胞百分率P/A(% )、平均光密度 (AOD)、积分光密度 (IOD)。结果 :P5 3在肝母细胞瘤中表达阳性率为 6 9.2 % (P <0 .0 1) ,P5 3的阳性表达水平 ,临床分期越晚越高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肝母细胞瘤的发生与P5 3蛋白异常表达有关 ,测定P5 3表达有助于判断预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the pathogenesis and examine the expression of oncogene p53 on hepatoblastoma.Methods:Streptavidin-preroxidose (S-P) immunohistochemical techniques were used to study the expression of p53 in 26 cases of hepatoblastoma .The percentage of positive cells , average optical density(AOD), integrated optical density(IOD) were assessed by image analyser.Results:The positive rates of P53 expression on hepatoblastoma was 69.2% ( P <0.01) .The positive level of P53 expression was upgrading of clinical stage of hepatoblastoma ( P <0.05) ,and it was higher in embryonal type hepatoblastoma than in fetal type hepatoblastoma ( P <0.05) Conclusions: The overexpression of P53 protein plays an important role in the pathologenesis ofhepatoblastoma. |
