| 摘 要： | 回顾近年来中药对退变颈椎间盘作用机理的研究所取得的进展，显示中药的作用主要为：改善椎间盘营养功能，调节椎间盘细胞外基质的结构和功能，抑制椎间盘炎性介质，以及调控椎间盘细胞因子等。这些研究为临床诊治提供了较有价值的参考依据。
