| 摘 要： | 目的:通过药物预处理改善乳腺癌术后辅助化疗病人的不良反应.方法:将113例乳腺癌病人随机分为两组,预处理组在化疗前给予口服及静脉止吐药物预防胃肠道反应;并口服升白药物和注射集落刺激因子预防骨髓抑制发生.对照组未做特殊处理.化疗每周期间隔为21天,2组均化疗三周期以上.结果:两组化疗后消化道不良反应有明显的差异,预处理组消化道症状明显改善(P＜0.05).两组化疗后,白细胞计数预处理组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),预处理组患者对化疗耐受性也明显增加.结论:化疗前药物预处理可减轻化疗药物的不良反应,提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量.
