| 摘 要： | 医疗体制改革促使医院管理模式从"政策依赖型"转向"市场导向型",而传统的医院财务管理模式已出现不适应的地方[1].在新的历史条件下,探索现代医院财务管理的新思路,提高经营管理水平,已成为促进现代医院发展的重要内容.本文通过分析医院财务管理出现的一系列问题,提出了一些新的思路,并将思路转变成具体措施供医院财务人员借鉴.

| Abstract: | With the transforming from policy-reliant to market-oriented in the hospital management caused by the reform in medical treat system, the traditional financial management mode in hospital has no longer fitted for. Under the new history condition, exploring some new methods in the hospital financial management so as to enhance the management level has become an important part in the development of modern hospital. The thesis analyzes a series of problems emerged from hospital financial management, presentes some new thinking and make it feasible for the personnel in hospital financial department. |
