广州地区居民对转基因食品的认知调查

摘    要:目的了解广州市居民对转基因食品的认知状况及其影响因素。方法于2006年3月至4月在广州市通过分层随机抽取电话号码3000个,对抽中电话号码家庭中年龄≥18岁的广州居民用统一的调查表进行转基因食品知识、态度、行为现状及影响因素的电话访问。结果完成电话访问的电话号码为302个,共调查302名广州居民,其中40.1%的被调查者听说过转基因食品,知晓的途径主要是通过报刊杂志(占76.0%)、电视(占57.9%)和网络(占14.9%);对豆类、奶类及其制品是否含有转基因成分的知晓率分别为15.2%和11.9%。79.1%的被调查者认为转基因食品应具有明确标识;78.1%的人不赞成儿童食用转基因食品;44.7%的人赞成对转基因食品进行大众化推广,但62.9%的人表示不会购买转基因食品,即使转基因食品的价格低于同种非转基因食品的价格,59.9%的人认为影响其购买行为的主要因素为食用安全性问题。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄及文化程度影响居民对转基因食品的知晓率,月收入水平影响对转基因食品大众化推广的态度,年龄、学历、食用安全性、对转基因食品大众化推广的态度影响居民的购买行为。结论广州市居民对转基因食品有一定的认知度,但对转基因食品采取了较为谨慎、理性的态度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate knowledge of genetically modified foods(GMF) in Guangzhou residents.Methods 3 000 telephone numbers were randomly selected to conduct telephone interview of residents aged 18 and older from March to April in 2006.Unified questionnaire was used to collect related knowledge,opinion and behaviors.Results 302 telephone surveys was finished,among which 40.1% heard of GMF,mainly from newspaper(76.0%),TV(57.9%) and Internet(14.9%).The proportion of knowledge about soy bean and milk and its product contained GMF were 15.2% and 11.9% respectively.79.1% thought GMF should be definitely labeled.78.1% object to feeding children with GMF.44.7% agreed GMF widely used,while 62.9% wouldn't buy GMF even if it cheaper than non-GMF.59.9% took safety of GMF as the main reason to affect their buying behavior.Logistic regression showed that age and education level related to knowledge rate,monthly income related to attitude of GMF promotion,while age,education level,food safety and attitude of GMF promotion related to buying behavior.Conclusion There observed a certain extent of knowledge as well as cautious and rational buying behavior GMF among Guangzhou residents.
