新医改背景下公立医院的绩效管理的探讨

摘    要:在新的医改政策的指导下,指出公立医院的"公益性"的性质,新的绩效管理体系必须要体现公立医院的"公益性"。本组引入的新的绩效考核指标体系,在提高医院的工作效率,改善服务水平,提高医疗质量管理水平,加强医院的管理,起到了积极作用。真正达到了合理控制医疗费用,提高医疗服务质量,提高病人对医院的满意度的目的 ,对医院的可持续发展起到了关键性的作用。

Abstract:Under the guidance of the new medical reform, it indicated that public hospitals' basic nature is "public welfare", the new performance management system must be reflected the public hospitals' "public welfare. " This essay introduced a new performance evaluation index system, to improve hospital efficiency, improve service lev- els, improve medical quality management level, strengthening hospital management, played a positive role. It really a- chieves a reasonable control medical costs, improve health care quality, increase patient satisfaction with hospital' s purposes. The new performance management plays a key role on the sustainable development of the hospital.
