穴位温灸法治疗妇科术后尿潴留疗效观察

目的探讨穴位温灸法防治妇科术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将68例妇科术后留置导尿1星期以上的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组33例,采用拔管前定期夹管训练膀胱功能、盆底肌功能锻炼、膀胱冲洗等妇科术后留置导尿常规护理,治疗组采用穴位温灸法,观察患者拔管后排尿感觉、残余尿情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为72.7%,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论穴位温灸法治疗妇科术后尿潴留优于常规护理方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Mild Moxibustion on Gynaecologic Postoperative Uroschesis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint mild moxibustion in preventing and treating gynaecologic postoperative uroschesis.Methods Sixty-eight patients who received retained urethral catheterization for more than 1 week after gynaecologic surgery were randomly allocated to control and treatment groups.The control group of 33 patients received bladder training by intermittent catheter clamping before catheter removal,pelvic floor muscle exercises and bladder lavage as routine nursing care for retained urethral catheterization after gynaecologic surgery.The treatment group received acupoint mild moxibustion.Uriesthesis and residual urine were examined after catheter removal.Results The total efficacy rate was 91.4% in the treatment group and 72.7% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint mild moxibustion is superior to routine nursing care in treating gynaecologic postoperative uroschesis.
