| 摘 要： | 临床实习是医学生在校医学教育的最后一个重要环节,是职业素质养成的关键阶段,加强医学生职业素质培养是高等医学院校现代教育思想的重要体现。本文就医学实习生如何加强职业道德、职业习惯、职业技能等方面的培养,如何更好地适应社会和服务于患者等重要问题进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | The clinical practice is the last important link of the medical students' education,and is the essential stage for their occupational quality cultivation.To strengthen the medical students' occupational quality cultivation,is the important manifest of the modern education thought in higher medical colleges and universities.This article studied preliminarily how to strengthen the cultivation of the occupational ethics and custom,the professional skill,and how to adapt the society and serve the patients for medical students. |
