| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后膀胱痉挛的效果.方法:将165例患者随机分为干预组85例和对照组80例,对照组行常规护理;干预组除给予常规护理外,并对患者进行护理干预.结果:干预组膀胱痉挛发生率低于对照组(P＜0.01),患者满意度高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:对经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者实施护理干预,可减少患者术后膀胱痉挛发生率,提高患者满意度.
