肾盂鳞状细胞癌的诊治

目的：探讨肾孟鳞状细胞癌的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析6例肾孟鳞状细胞癌的临床资料，其中l例行根治性切除，5例行肾脏切除。随访6个月～2年。结果：5例合并鹿角形结石，术前均未能正确诊断；2例无瘤存活6个月和2年，4例2年内死于复发和转移。结论：肾孟鹿角形结石伴腰痛、脓尿、消瘦等应怀疑肾孟鳞癌的可能，早期诊断和治疗是改善预后的关键。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF SQUAMOUS CELL CARINMA OF RENAL PELVIS

Objective:To study the clinical features,the diagnosis and therapy of squamous cell carcinoma of renal pelvis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the medical records of 6 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of renal pelvis was performed.Radical nephrectomy was performed in 1 patient and simple nephrectomy was performed in other 5 cases.The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 2 years.Results:The main symptom of squarnous cell carcinoma of renal pelvis included lasted and significant flank pain and pyuria accompanied with weight loss and anorexia. 5 patients had renal staghorn calculi and all patients were miss-diagnosed before the surgery. 2 patients survived for 6 months and 2 years respectively, while others died from relapse and matastasis.Conclusions:Squamous cell carcinoma of renal pelvis sould be suggested of in patients with chronic staghorn calculi who suffers lasted and significant flank pain , pyuria and weight loss. The key to improve the prognosis is the early diagnosis and therapy. It is very important to recognize this disease and take a pelvic mucosa autopsy in suspected patient.
