幽门螺杆菌感染与儿童过敏性紫癜相关性的 Meta分析

目的：综合分析幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP）的关系。方法通过检索 PubMed、Medline、Em‐base、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学数据库（CBM ）及维普（VIP）等数据库，检索时间均为建库开始至2014年，全面收集公开发表的关于Hp感染与儿童 HSP关系的病例对照研究资料，采用 Meta分析方法对所有文献进行综合分析，并计算综合的优势比（odds ratio ，OR）值和95％可信区间（confidence interval ，CI）。结果共检索到相关文献68篇，最终纳入符合条件的文献13篇。结果显示，HSP组与对照组为：OR（95％ CI）为3.17（2.53～3.97），合并效应量的检验结果Z＝10.06，P＜0.00001；腹型HSP与非腹型HSP组为：OR（95％ CI）为3.43（1.83～6.43），合并效应量的检验结果Z＝3.85， P＝0.0001。结论 Hp感染与儿童 HSP的发病密切相关，尤其是腹型 HSP。

Meta-analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection and Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children

Objective To assess the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and Henoch‐Schonlein purpura (HSP) in children .Methods All the published literatures of relationship between Hp infection and childhood HSP were identi‐fied by searching from database establishment until 2014 in the PubMed ,Medline ,Embase ,Wanfang Database ,Chinese Journal Full‐text Database (CNKI) ,Chinese Bio‐medicine Database (CBM ) and VIP Database (VIP) .A comprehensive analysis of case control studies were used by Meta‐analysis and calculated the value of integrated odds ratio (OR) value and 95% confidence in‐terval (CI) .Results A total of 68 related literature were retrieved ,and 13 of them were eligible .Meta‐analysis of OR value and 95% CI were 3.17 (2.53 ~ 3.97) ,and Z value of combined effect of tests was 10.06 (P<0.00001) in HSP group and control group .Meta‐analysis of OR value and 95% CI were 3.43 (1.83 ~ 6.43) ,and Z value of combined effect of tests was 3.85 (P=0.0001) in HSP with gastrointestinal involvement group and HSP without gastrointestinal involvement group .Conclusions Hp infection is closely related with the incidence of childhood HSP ,especially in HSP with gastrointestinal involvement .
