提高心脏外科ICU夜间护理质量的体会

临床统计数据表明心肺疾病夜间病情变化和死亡率明显高于白昼、而夜间的医疗、护理力量相对薄弱，影响了夜间的护理质量。作者总结了做好夜班护理工作的经验。夜班护士应具备过硬的专科知识和熟练的技能；有较强的应急能力；要做好“四严”、“一发挥”、“一保持”及合理安排好人力等，提高了ICU护士的综合素质及提高了危重患者的抢救成功率。

Experience in Nursing Cardiac Surgical Patients in ICU during Night

Clinical statistics indicate that the mortality and morbidity of patients with cardiorespiratory disease are significantlyhigher during night than in the daytime. That is because the medical treatment and care given during night are normally inade-quate. This article presents our experience in nursing cardiac surgical patients during night: The manpower of nursing staffshould be properly arranged for night shift. The nurses on night shift must be professional and skilIful able to deal with emer-gency affairs and good at four strictness , one exertion . and one maintenance. In this way, we have greatly improved the quali-ty of nursing in ICU, and increased the success rate of rescuing critical patients.
