肥胖患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆囊三角的处理体会

目的:探讨肥胖患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的技巧和方法。方法:回顾分析2002年1月至2010年1月为426例肥胖患者施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果:本组患者均在腹腔镜下完成胆囊切除术。与非肥胖患者(2 821例)相比手术时间、术后发热时间、术后住院时间差异无统计学意义,肥胖患者的术中出血量大于非肥胖患者,差异有统计学意义。结论:正确掌握电钩与分离钳的使用技巧是为肥胖患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的关键,掌握胆囊后三角的结构有利于手术的顺利进行。

Experience in treating Calot triangle in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for obese patients
