| 摘 要： | 目的探讨苦碟子注射液治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法随机将100例患者分为两组,治疗组50例,予以苦碟子注射液治疗;对照组50例,予以低分子右旋糖酐联合复方丹参注射液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组为74%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论苦碟子注射液治疗突发性耳聋疗效好且安全可靠,无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Object ire To study the clinical value ofixeris sonchifnlia Hance injection in the treatment of sudden deafness. Uethods One hundred patients were averagely divided into two groups randomly. Thetreatment group was given ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection, and control group both lowmolecular dextran and corn-pound Danshen injection. Resu Its The total response rates were 96% in the treatment group, and 74% in the control group （P〈0.05）.
