碘伏与碘甘油对比治疗冠周炎的临床观察

目的观察0．5％碘伏液与碘甘油用于智齿冠周炎治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院口腔科2006-01-2006—12进行冠周炎治疗60例。随机分成两组，比较治疗效果。观察组（碘伏组）30例，对照组（碘甘油组）30例。结果观察组有效率93％。轻度感染4例，中度感染23例，重度感染3例。对照组有效率73％，轻度感染7例，中度感染21例，重度感染2例。结论0．5％碘伏液可作为冠周炎治疗首选的一种方法，在控制炎症，消除肿胀，减少分泌物方面优于碘甘油。

Clinical Observation about Distinction of Therapeutic Effect in Pericoronitis Treated by Iodophors and Iodoglycerin

Objective To observe the clinical effect in pericoronitis treated by iodophors and iodoglycerin.Methods To select 60 cases in department of stomatology in our hospital(2006-01～2006-12)who were treated by iodophors and iodoglycerin and to separate them two groups randomly for comparison of therapeutic effect.The group of iodophors are 30 examples,others were the group of iodoglycerin.Results The effective power was 93% in the group of iodophors,4 cases were light infection,23 cases were midrange infection,3 cases were serious infection.The effective power was 73% in the group of iodoglycerin.7cases were light infection,21 cases were midrange infection,2 cases were serious infection.Conclusion The head methods of treatment to pericoronitis was 0.5% iodophors what surpass to iodoglycerin in controlling inflammation,eliminating engorgement and decreasing secretion.
