摘    要:目的了解饮料生产中的职业病危害因素,提出职业病防治的目标,探讨防治对策。方法采用职业卫生调查和职业病危害检测相结合的方法,综合进行分析评价。结果检测8个噪声作业工种,合格率77%;2种有毒物质的测试结果全部符合国家标准。结论该项目主要的职业病危害因素均可得到有效控制,从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To identify and assess occupational risk factors for the beverage factory and study the preventive measures and the goal of prevention of occupational diseases.Methods The assessment was preceded by using combination of occupational hazard investigation and detection.Results We were tested eight noise detection operation work,but the qualsfied rate was 77%.Two kinds of tosic substances of all test results meet the national standards.Conclusion The results indicate that the main occupational hazard factors could be effectively controlled in the beverage factory.From occupational health point of view,the construction project was feasible.
