| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的2型糖尿病人62例，应用瑞格列奈进行治疗，观察空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化及不良反应。结果治疗后32周的FBG（空腹血糖）和2hBG（餐后2h血糖），HbAlc（糖化血红蛋白）水平均较治疗前显著降低（P均〈0．01）。结论瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病，安全有效，副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficiency of Repagtinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty-two patients were treated in Repaglinide, and FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, were monitored in type 2 diabetic patients in 32 weeks. Results The results showed that there were significant decreases in FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc compared to those in pre-medication （P 〈0.01 ）. None of hypoglycemie cases oc- curred. Conclusion Repaglinide is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
