| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨巨细胞瘤的影像学特征,提高对骨巨细胞瘤的术前诊断准确率。方法:对经手术病理证实的31例骨巨细胞瘤患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果:31例骨巨细胞瘤中,发生于长骨骨端23例,椎体5例,不规则骨3例。膨胀性破坏8例,溶骨性破坏19例,膨胀性溶骨性骨破坏4例。溶骨性骨破坏区内伴有骨嵴形成9例,膨胀性骨破坏区内均可见细小骨分隔。结论:多种影像学方法结合,可以在术前提高骨巨细胞瘤的诊断准确率,为治疗提供可靠依据。
