医学职业教育中两种授课方法的对比研究

摘    要:目的探讨提高微生物与免疫学授课效果的方法。方法对护理系和医学系的2010级、2011级学生200名,分别给以问题为导向PBL和以授课为基础的LBL教学法,分别进行免疫组织、器官和免疫系统的理论教学,并比较评价两种教学法的教学效果。结果PBL教学法组学生的免疫组织、器官章节考核平均成绩明显高于LBL教学法组,而免疫系统考核平均成绩却明显低于LBL教学法组。结论PBL教学法与LBL教学法各有所长,在具体实施教学过程中,只有灵活运用,才会获得满意的教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of theory teaching in Microbiology and Immunology, and to innovate the traditional teaching. Methods According to the nursing and clinical medical spe- cialty, 200 students of Grade 2011 and Grade 2010 were randomly divided into PBL group and LBL group. The teaching effectiveness of the two teaching methods were compared and appraised after thestudents were taught by PBL and LBL as teaching methods in immune tissue, organ and immunity system respectively. Results The average score of immune tissue, organ teaching in PBL group were signifi- cantly higher than that of LBL group. However, the average score of immunity system teaching in PBL group were significantly lower than that of LBL group. Conclusion Each of the two teaching methods has its advantage. Only flexibly apply the two methods in particular chapters and courses, can we get an excellent teaching effects.
