35例儿童大叶性肺炎支气管灌洗术疗效分析

目的分析经纤维支气管镜,支气管灌洗术治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的疗效。方法 2010年3月～2012年3月收治的儿童大叶性肺炎80例,分为支气管灌洗组35例,常规治疗组45例,观察两组临床效果。结果支气管灌洗组在体温恢复时间、胸部啰音恢复时间、临床表现改善时间、X线改变恢复时间显著优于常规治疗组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论儿童大叶性肺炎采取经纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗术即达到了诊断和治疗目的,可以显著改善临床症状,缩短病程,更有利于促进疾病康复。

Analysis the Effect of 35 Cases of Children With Lobar Pneumonia Curative by Bronchial Lavage

Objective Analysis the effect of the children with lobar pneumonia by fiber bronchoscope bronchial lavage technique.Method From February 2010 to February 2012,80 cases of lobar pneumonia,divided into the bronchial lavage group（35 cases） and the control group（45 cases）,observed clinical effect of two groups.Result The bronchial lavage groups’temperature recovery time,chest rales recovery time,clinical presentation time,X-ray change vecovery time were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Couclusion The children with lobar pneumonia taken by bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage were reached the diagnosis and achieve the goal of treatment,it could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the course of disease,promote disease recovery,conducive to rehabilitation of children.
