| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口内支抗辅助口外弓推磨牙向后在上颌前突牙列拥挤患者矫治中的应用。方法选择牙列拥挤伴有轻度上颌前突患者10例，采用多种口内支抗配合口外弓推上颌第一恒磨牙向远中移动，进行治疗前后头影测量分析。结果10例患者的上颌第一磨牙均明显向远中移动，最多6．3mm，最少3．4mm，平均移动距离为4．7mm，平均速率为0．9mm／月，排齐了牙列的同时改善了患者的侧貌。结论应用口内支抗辅助口外弓是不拔牙矫治牙列拥挤伴有轻度上颌前突患者简单有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the applying of facebow assisted by intraoral anchorages to treat maxillary protrusion dental crowding. Methods Ten maxillary protrusion dental crowding cases were se- lected. Using facebow assisted by intraoral anchorages to distalize the first molars. The pre-and-post- treatment cephalometric radiographs were measured. Results All the molars were moved back obvious- ly. The most distance was 6.3 mm, the least was 3.4 mm, the mean distance was 4.7 mm, the mean move rate was 0.9 mm/m. All the teeth were alignment and the profile was advanced. Conclusion Ap- plying facebow assisted by intraoral anchorages is a nice and simple way to treat maxillary protrusion dent- al crowding with non-extraction treatment. |
