慢性乙肝和慢性重型乙肝患者外周血清IL-6的变化

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎和慢性重型乙型肝炎患者血清白细胞介素6（IL-6）的变化及意义。方法ELISA法检测30例正常对照、31例慢性乙型肝炎患者和30例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者外周血清IL-6的水平，荧光定量PCR法检测血清HBVDNA并取对数作为复制水平的指标，总胆红素（TB）、白蛋白（A）、球蛋白（G）和凝血酶原时间（PT）的检测按照本院常规检测。均数间的比较采用Student-t检验；两组数据间的相关性分析采用线性相关分析；P〈0．05为有统计学意义。结果自正常对照组到慢性乙型肝炎组及慢性重型乙型肝炎组外周血清IL-6水平均依次升高，且各组间比较均具有显著性差异；慢性重型乙型肝炎组与慢性乙型肝炎组比较血清HBVDNA对数值间无显著差异；外周血清IL-6水平与TB及PT呈现显著的正相关，与A／G比值间呈现显著的负相关，但与血清HBVDNA对数值问无显著的相关性。结论IL-6可能参与慢性乙型肝炎及慢性重型乙型肝炎的发病。

Variations of serum interleukin-6 in patients with chronic and chronic severe hepatitis B.

Objective To study the vaariations of serum interleukin 6 （ IL - 6 ） and its role in the pathogenesis of chronic and chronic severe hepatitis B. Methods The levels of serum IL - 6 in 30 healthy control, 31 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 30 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were determined by ELISA . The serum level of HBV DNA was deter- mined by fluorescence PCR and presented as Lg（ HBV DNA）. Student-t test was used to compare the two means . The correlation between IL -6 and Lg（ HBV DNA） ,TB, PT,A/G was determined by linear correlation test. Results The level of serum IL - 6 increased gradually and significantly from the group of healthy control to the group of patients with chronic hepatitis B and patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. There a significant positive correlation between the lelvel of serum IL - 6 and the value of TB and PT, a significant negative correlation between the level of serum IL - 6 and the ratio of A/G,but not Lg （HBV DNA） were observed. Conclusion There may be a role of IL - 6 in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B and chronic severe hepatitis B.
