| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究胃黏膜相关淋巴组织 (MALT)淋巴瘤的临床病理学特点。方法 :收集 2 4例原发于胃的MALT淋巴瘤 ,石蜡切片 ,HE染色 ,组织病理学观察 ,免疫组化S -P法检测。结果 :本组发病男女比为 2∶1,年龄 19～ 82岁 ,平均 5 1.5 6岁。术前均作胃镜活检。形态学表现高恶性 3例 ,低恶性 2 1例中 2例临床为高恶性。结论 :胃MALT型淋巴瘤临床表现、胃镜与影像学检查不能与胃癌鉴别 ,正确诊断依赖病理活检。早诊断早治疗 ,包括外科治疗、放疗、化疗 ,同时辅以抗幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylon ,HP)治疗 ,以提高患者生存期和治愈率

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinicopathologic features of gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. WT5HZ]Methods: The tissue sections of 24 cases of gastric MALT lymphoma were stained by HE and immunohistochemistry(S-P method). WT5HZ] Results:The features of HE and immunohistochemistry staining showed that the 24 cases were all typical malignant lymphoma of MALT. There were 16 cases of males, 8 cases of females. Twenty-one cases were low malignant and 3 cases were high malignant in morphology, but 2 cases of low malignant showed high malignant characteristics in clinical prognosis. WT5HZ]Conclusion:The pathological analysis is the only way in the diagnosis of gastric MALT lymphoma. The survival rates can be raised by early diagnosis and therapy. WT5HZ] |
