平均红细胞容积在新生儿黄疸中的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿黄疸患儿的平均红细胞容积与总胆红素的相关性及其临床意义。方法选取350例新生儿黄疸患儿和80例无黄疸新生儿,分别测定黄疸患儿的黄疸期和黄疸消失后的痊愈期的平均红细胞容积(MCV)以及无黄疸新生儿的MCV,并进行统计学分析。同时将不同总胆红素浓度患儿的MCV值与总胆红素浓度进行相关性分析。结果黄疸痊愈期与无黄疸新生儿MCV值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),黄疸期患儿MCV值与黄疸痊愈期、无黄疸新生儿比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同总胆红素浓度患儿其MCV值亦不同,二者之间存在正相关(r=0.40)。结论MCV与新生儿黄疸存在明显的相关性,提示MCV在新生儿黄疸的发病中存在重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship and clinical significance between the mean corpuscular volume of hematid from icteric newborns and jaundice. Methods To select 350 newborns with jaundice and 80 newborns without jaundice, to survey and evaluate the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) of icteric period and the recovery period after jaundice disappeared as well as the newborns without jaundice,and then make statistical analysis. Meanwhile, to make relationship analysis between MCV and bilirubin from different newborns. Results There is no obvious difference of the MCV between the newborns with jaundice during the jaundice recovery period and the newborns without jaundice (P 〉 0.05 ). There is significant difference of the MCV between the icteric newborns and newborns during the jaundice recovery period or newborns without jaundice ( P 〈 0.05 ). Different values of MCV among children will have different values of bilirnbin ,with positive relationship--higher bilirubin, higher MCV. Conclusion There is an obvious con'elation between the MCV and jaundice. It suggests that MCV has an important effect in the incidence of neonatal jaundice. There have a great application value in explore the disease characteristics and clinical features of neonatal jaundice.
