丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者脑血流动力学和血液流变学的影响

目的观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死后患者的脑血流动力学及血液流变学的变化。方法将80例急性期脑梗死患者随机分为两组:对照组40例,常规抗血小板聚集药物及脑保护剂等治疗;治疗组40例,在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。治疗前及治疗后14d分别检测脑血流动力学和血液流变学指标。结果治疗组患者脑血流动力学和血液流变学各检测指标较对照组均有较为显著改变。结论丹红注射液可以有效改善急性期脑梗死患者脑血流动力学和血液流变学特征,对治疗效果具有积极意义。

Changes of Hemorheology and Hemodynamics in the Cerebral Infarction Patients After Danhong Injection Therapy

Objective To observe the affection of hemodynamics and hemorheology in the patients after danhong injection therapy. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group （anti-thrombocyte drugs treatment only in 40 cases） and danhong injection therapy group （danhong injection plus other drugs treatment in 40 cases）, the cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology were detected before treatment and 14 days after treatment in both groups. Results The hemodynamics and hemorheology indexes（in danhong injection therapy group） were improved more than those in the control group. Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology indexes of the cerebral infarction patients, and it may be used to boost up the effect in the therapy of cerebral infarction.
