| 摘 要： | 胆管癌是原发于胆管上皮的恶性肿瘤。按解剖部位分为肝内胆管癌,肝门区胆管癌及肝外胆管癌。影像学检查对胆管癌的诊断和鉴别诊断,术前手术方案的制定及疗效的评估具有重要的意义。本文就胆管癌的影像诊断及进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Cholangiocarcinoma is a primary malignant tumor in the bile duct epithelium what can be classified anatomically as intrahepatic, perihilar, or extrahepatic. Advances in imaging techniques have led to theavailability of an array of modalities that can aid in the accurate diagnosis and evaluation of cholangiocarcinomas in preparation for advanced surgical procedures and treatment planning. |
