| 摘 要： | 参照治疗股骨干骨折的多种新型髓内针,设计了具有加压和抗旋转功能的叶子交锁加压髓内针。用此加压针加钢丝环扎治疗股骨干骨折21例,疗效满意。大部分病人术后2—4周离床部分负重,8—12周内完全负重。骨折平均愈合时间为4个月,2例有少量内翻畸形,1例外旋畸形10°,1例患肢缩短1cm和1例深部迟发感染。膝屈曲平均147°。

| Abstract: | After we consulted with the new kinds of intramedullary nails in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture.we designed the blade-interlocking intramedullary compression nail that has functions of compression and antirotation. 24 cases with fracture of femoral shaft were treated by the nail plus encircling wires and their effect were satisfactory. Most patients were out of bed and partially weight bearing within 2-4 weeks and were fully weight bearing within 8-12 weeks. The mean healing time was 4 months. Two patients had minimal varus of femoral shaft-one had a 10 degree rotational deformity.one had 1 cm of shortening, and one had delayed deep infection. The mean flexion of knee joint was 145 degree. |
