血管性痴呆病机钩玄

血管性痴呆(vasecular dementia,VD)是发生在脑血管病基础上获得性智能的持续性损害,属于中医学"健忘"、"痴呆"等范畴。从中医理论之精髓出发,查阅历代著作和现代期刊文献,管窥血管性痴呆的病机,并对此进行了总结。发现血管性痴呆的病机虽较为复杂,但多病位在脑,为上焦之上,以髓海失养为要;病枢在脾,为中焦之主,以气血失调为纲;病本在肾,为下焦之司,以精亏浊毒为源。

Study on pathogenesis of vascular dementia

Vascular dementia(VD)is a generic name of chronic brain syndrome caused by damage of brain tissue which results from a series of cerebrovascular blood-supply disorder.VD belongs to"loss of memory","dementia" in TCM age-old records.Based on the theory of the essence and marrow,the pathogenesis of VD was summed up by reading up the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Brain is the focus of the disease,above the Shangjiao,malnutrition of marrow-reservoir is the key pathogenesis.Spleen is the hub of the disease,mastering the Zhongjiao,which can lead to disorder of Qi and blood.Kindey is the essence of the disease,mastering the Xiajiao,which can lead to lack of essence and turbid toxin.
