| 摘 要： | 目的对药用植物岩高兰的原植物形态、药材性状进行鉴别研究,为开发利用岩高兰提供依据.方法性状鉴别、显微鉴别、化学系统预示和薄层色谱相结合.结果对生药性状、显微特征和化学系统预示试验,薄层色谱实验进行观察描述.结论此研究结果可为挖掘中药新资源,进一步保护和开发利用岩高兰提供依据.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To offer evidences for the quality control of medicinal plant Empetrum nigrum.METHODS Pharmacognostical studies were carried out through morphological and microscopic characteristics and TLC.RESULTS We observed the characteristics of dried medicinal herb and described by microscopic characteristics and result of TCL.CONCLUSIONS Empetrum nigrum can be identified from genus of Empetrum which has the similar morphological characteristics.The morphological and microscopic characteristics and result of TLC can provide a basis for the further development and proper utilization of Empetrum nigrum. |
