Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of change of peripheral blood CD5 + B cells and expression of ECR in the active SLE and their relationship through the detection of the percentages of CD5 + B cell and expression of the ECR1 in peripheral blood Methods The percentages of CD5 + B cell and expression of ECR1 in peripheral blood were determined by using flow cytometry in 36 patients with SLE and 20 healthy controls Results The level of CD5 + B cell in SLE patients was higher than that in normal control group ( P <0 05) In activity group, the level of CD5 + B cell was higher than that in inactive SLE patients ( P <0 01) The expression of ECR1 in SLE patients was lower than that in the normal group ( P <0 001), and in active patients was lower than in inactive patients ( P <0 01) The expression of ECR1 in SLE patients was inversely related to the SLE disease active index ( P <0 05) CR1 was significant inversely related to CR1 ( P <0 01) and CD5 + B cell has significant positively correlated with SLEDAI, ( P <0 01) Conclusion The expression of ECR1 in active SLE patients was significantly low and the percentages of CD5 + B cell was high These two factors have correlation and some relationship with the SLEDA1
