| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氯氮平联合丙戊酸镁对难治性精神分裂症的治疗效果.方法 对60例难治性精神分裂症住院患者采用氯氮平联合丙戊酸镁治疗8周,以简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行评定.结果 第8周末,有效率70%,不良反应少且轻.结论 氯氮平联合丙戊酸镁治疗难治性精神分裂症有一定疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of clozapine combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases were treated with clozapine combined with magnesium valproate for eight weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with BPRS and TESS. Results After the 8-week treatment, the effective rate were 70% and with fewer and slight side effects. Conclusion Clozapine combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia is effective. |
