甲型H1N1流行性感冒病例的流行病学及临床分析

目的总结甲型H1N1流行性感冒(甲流)患者的流行病学及临床特征。方法将2009年6月至2009年9月在北京市崇文区第一人民医院发热门诊就诊并确诊的102例甲型H1N1流感患者纳入研究,采用统一的病例调查表进行现场调查患者的性别、年龄、职业、来源、症状、实验室检查等因素。结果男女比例为1:1.2;平均年龄(34.0±16.2)岁;职业以中学生最多,占63.2%;病毒检测阳性率呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.01);男性甲型H1N1流感患者咳嗽、咽痛、头痛、流涕症状发生率高于女性患者(P<0.01)。结论本土化甲型流感病毒感染发病率逐渐上升。男性甲型流感患者咳嗽、咽痛、头痛、流涕症状较女性甲型流感患者明显。

Epidemiology and clinical analysis of 102 influenza A (H1N1) patients

Objective In order to build up experiences of the prevention and cure of influenza A（H1N1）,we summaried its epidemiology and clinical features.Methods 102 cases have been reported by fever clinic of Chongwen District,Beijing City People＇s Hospital,the first from June to September in 2009.The patients＇ sex,age,occupation,virus origin,symptoms and laboratory examinations were investigated.Result Male/female ratio is 1：1.2.The mean age was 34±16.2 years.The majority of cases（63.2%） were middle school students.Positive rate of localilzation virus detection gradually rised.The incidences of the symptoms of cough,pharyngalgia,headache and running nose in male were higer than those in female.Conclusions Patients affected by localilzation virus gradually rise.The incidences of the symptoms in male are higer than those in female.
