| 摘 要： | 目的了解急性脑卒中患者脑钠素（brainnatriuretic peptide，BNP）水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定30例脑梗死患者，22例脑出血患者发病48h内血浆BNP水平，并与30例健康者对照比较。结果急性脑卒中患者血浆BNP水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），而且神经功能缺损程度越高，血浆BNP水平越高（P〈0．05）。但脑梗死与脑出血患者血浆BNP水平变化无差异。结论BNP参与了急性脑卒中的病理生理过程，并与病情程度呈正相关，

| Abstract: | Objective To study the plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and its clinic significance in patients with acute stroke.Methods BNP plasma levels in 30 cerebral infarction patients,22 cerebral hemorrhage patients and 30 healthy persons were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results The level of BNP in acute stroke group was higher than that in normal control group(P<0.01).The levels of BNP increased in acute stroke patients according to the grade of functional classification(P<0.05).
