摘    要:目的辨识某气田建设项目运行期间可能产生的职业病危害因素,评价其防护措施及控制效果。方法通过对现场进行职业卫生学调查、职业危害因素检测和职业健康监护收集相关资料,采用检查表法和定性、定量分析法进行综合评价。结果苯系物和噪声是该气田项目的主要职业病危害因素。油罐量油处和冷却塔苯系物短时间接触容许浓度超标,其他作业点检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效,但需要加强对苯系物的职业病危害控制措施。

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze the potential occupational hazards of a gas field construction project, and evaluate the effect of protective measures for occupational diseases. Methods The relevant data and inforlnation were collected by field investigation, detection, occupational health surveillance, and the project was evaluated with checklists, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results Major occupational hazards were benzene homologues and noise. The results showed that the short term exposure to benzene homologues at the oil tank and the cooling tower were exceeding occupational exposure limits, and the test results of other operating points met the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The occupational hazard control measures of this project were feasible and effective, but the occupational hazard control measures of benzene homologues need to be strengthened.
