系统护理干预在急性闭角型青光眼围手术期中的效果

目的 探讨急性闭角型青光眼患者进行系统护理干预的临床效果.方法 将86例急性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为两组,对照组43例患者给予常规护理,观察组43例进行系统的围术期护理干预,并比较两组的护理效果.结果 86例患者均顺利完成手术,观察组的住院时间及并发症总发生情况明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组的总依从率为93.02％明显高于对照组的79.07％,两组总依从率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组的焦虑评分明显均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 围手术期系统护理干预提高了患者依从性及满意度,缩短了住院时间,可提高护理效果.

Effects of system care intervention in perioperative period of acute angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the system care intervention in the acute angle-closure glaucoma patients during perioperative period. Methods 86 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma were all randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in the control group were given the routine care, and 43 patients in the observation group were given the system care intervention, and nursing care results were compared in the two groups. Results 86 patients were successfully operated, total hospitalization time and the incidence of complieations of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,the overall compliance rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group as 79.07 % , overall compliance rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention system can improve patients＇ compliance and satisfaction, shorten hospital stay, as well as the care effect.
