中西医结合防治产后出血的临床分析

目的：探讨产后出血的临床处理。方法对我院2012年3月-2013年3月4000例阴道分娩的产妇，随机分为对照组（催产素组）和治疗组（催产素＋中药组），比较两组第三产程时间、产后2小时出血量、产后出血例数。结果与单纯使用催产素相比，催产素加中药能使第三产程明显缩短、产后2小时出血量明显减少、产后出血例数明显降低。结论催产素加中药起到了突出的防治产后出血的效果。

Clinical Analysis of Preventing and Treating Postpartum Hemorrhage by Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the clinical procedures of postpartum hemorrhage .Methods 4000 cases of vaginal delivery of maternal in our hospital in March 2012-march2013, were randomly divided into control group （oxytocin group） and treatment group （oxytocin＋Chinese traditional medicine group ） .We compared two groups of the third labor time , 2 hours of postpartum hemorrhage amount , postpartum hemorrhage cases .Results Compared with the simple use of oxytocin , oxytocin add Chinese traditional medicine can significantly shorten the third labor time , reduced 2 hours postpartum haemorrhage amount , and decreased the number of postpartum hemorrhage cases . Conclusion Oxytocin and traditional Chinese medicine has played prominent effect to prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage .
