子宫动脉栓塞术在产科出血疾病中的疗效分析

目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗在产科大出血疾病中的疗效.方法 对2011年7月至2013年1月我院产科住院患者4987例进行回顾分析,其中13例发生大出血,出血量1540 ～ 3320 ml,于抗休克治疗同时急诊采用数字减影血管造影（DSA）介入栓塞治疗.结果 本组子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗均一次成功,不但挽救患者生命,而且保留了子宫.结论 子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗可明确出血部位,迅速止血,免于子宫切除,保留了患者生育功能,是产科出血性疾病治疗选择的最佳途径.

Curative effect analysis on uterine artery embolization in treatment for obstetrics mass bleeding

Objective To discuss the curative effects of uterine artery embolization （UAE） interventional therapy treatment in obstetrics mass bleeding. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to study 4987 cases admitted in obstetrics department of our hospital from July 2011 to January 2013, which covered 13 patients suffering from the obstetrics mass bleeding illness, the amount of blood loss was 1540 -3320 ml. We applied the approach of digital subtraction angiography （DSA） to interfere the integral process as a first aid measure, while We were adopting the anti-shocking treatment. Results The method mentioned above was successful in the cases once and for all. It saved all the patients＇ lives and rescued their uteri. Conclusion The UAE interventional therapy treatment is beneficial for locating the definite bleeding parts, stopping the bleeding, avoiding uterus removing, thus the patients＇ fecundity will be remained. This is the best treatment method for us to choose while we are facing the troubles of obstetrics bleeding illness.
