不同探护措施对ICU内清醒患者心理干预及护理体会

目的 探讨不同探护措施对ICU内清醒患者心理干预影响,并总结护理体会.方法 按数字法随机将88例ICU内清醒患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组按照常规探护方法护理,对实验组患者进行探护心理干预,比较护理后患者心理状态改善情况.结果 实验组有95.45％（42/44）患者积极配合治疗,明显高于对照组的75.00％（33/44）.干预后,实验组患者SAS、SDS评分分别为（28.53±3.67）、（31.23±2.42）,较干预前显著降低,并且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;然而干预后对照组SAS、SDS评分变化不明显（P＞0.05）.结论 探护过程中对ICU内清醒患者进行心理干预可有效纠正患者负面情绪,使其积极面对疾病.

Effects of different nursing measures to psychological intervention and nursing experience on awake patients in ICU

Objective To explore the effects of different psychological intervention nursing measures on ICU awake patients, and to sum up the nursing experience. Methods 88 awake patients in ICU were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （44 cases in each group）. Patients in the experimental group received conventional nursing care and psychological nursing intervention, while the patients in the control group only received conventional nursing care. After nursing intervention, we compared the improvement of the psychological state of patients. Results In the experimental group, 42 cases cooperated with the treatment actively, the rate of compliance was 95.45% （42/44）, significantly higher than that in control group, which was 75.00% （33/44）; after the intervention, the SAS, SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were （28.53 ± 3.67） and （31.23± 2.42）, which decreased significantly, and compared with those before the intervention and the control group, P 〈 0.05; however, the SAS, SDS scores in control group had no significant change before and after nursing intervention, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion With psychological intervention during nursing process to ICU awake patients, we can effectively correct the patients＇ negative emotions, which can make them face disease positively.
