高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T对小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值

目的 评价高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T（hs-cTnT）在儿童病毒性心肌炎（VMC）诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 测定72例VMC患者hs-cTnT、肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）浓度水平,并进行统计分析.结果 VMC组入院即时采集的血样中hs-cTnT、cTnT、CK-MB均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,动态检测VMC组各期异常率,hs-cTnT均高于cTnT和CK-MB （P＜0.01）.结论 hs-cTnT是诊断VMC的灵敏指标,可减少VMC病人的误诊或漏诊,对临床有很好的指导作用.

Diagnostic value of high sensitive cardiac troponin T in pediatric viral myocarditis

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the hs-cTnT in the diagnosis of pediatric viral myocarditis. Methods 72 viral myocarditis （VMC） children patients＇ hs-cTnT, cTnT, creatine kinase-myocardial band （CK-MB） were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The hs-cTnT, cTnT, CK-MB of blood samples instantly collected in VMC group after hospitalizing were significantly higher than those of control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. The dynamic detection of VMC group＇ s abnormal rate in each period showed that hs-cTnT was higher than those of cTnT and CK- MB. Conclusion The hs-cTnT is sensitive index for diagnosis of VMC, and it may reduce the misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis for VMC patients.
