三低三多法自体脂肪移植隆乳的应用体会

目的：总结自体颗粒脂肪移植隆乳的经验教训和技巧。方法：采用一次性20ml注射器抽吸自体脂肪，通过低温静置纯化处理后经多隧道、多层次、多点位移植于乳房后间隙和皮下及皮下脂肪层，每侧120～280ml，1～2次。结果：接受手术49例，45例效果满意，4例效果欠满意。结论：一次性注射器低压抽吸脂肪经低温静置纯化，行多层次、多隧道、多点位低压缓慢注射脂肪移植隆乳是可行的方法。

Experience of the"three-low-and-three-multi"method in autologous fat transplantation for augmentation mammaplasty

Objective To summarize the experience and skills of autologous fat particle transplantation for breast augmentation. Methods Autologous fat was suctioned by 20ml disposable syringes, then went through low- temperature layering purification. Fat collected were then transplanted to the hypoderm and submammal spaces by a multi-level, multi-tunnel and multi-point method for once or twice, in a total of 120~280ml each side. Results in a series of 49 cases, 45 were satisfactory and 4 were less satisfactory. Conclusions The low-pressure harvesting, low- temperature layering purification, and low-pressure transplantation of autologous fat by means of multi-level, multitunnel, and multi-point syringe injection is a feasible option in augmentation mammaplasty.
