| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效。[方法]将80例DN患者随机分为治疗组42、对照组38例，对照组在给予降血糖、降血压以及应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）等治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上，加服滋肾活血利水中药治疗。[结果]治疗组显效率、总有效率、症状基本消失率和改善率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组尿蛋白、肾功能、空腹血糖、血脂和血液流变学等指标的改善均优于对照组（P〈0．05；P〈0．01）。[结论]中西医结合治疗DN可获得较好的疗效，滋肾活血利水法在改善糖脂代谢、减少尿蛋白、改善血液流变学和肾功能方面具有重要作用。
