无创正压通气治疗48例COPD并2型呼吸衰竭患者的护理

目的:探讨无创正压机械通气(NIPPV)用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合2型并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及护理。方法:将96例COPD并2型呼吸衰竭患者均给以常规治疗基础上,其中应用NIPPV治疗的48例为观察组,未用NIPPV治疗的48例作为对照组,观察两组住院日、成功率、气管插管率。结果:观察组治疗2 h、24 h后动脉血气指标有明显改善,平均住院时间缩短、成功率明显高于对照组、气管插管率明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NIPPV是治疗COPD并2型呼吸衰竭的一种有效措施,能够降低住院日、提高成功率、降低插管率。

Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of 48 cases and 2 respiratory failure COPD patient care

Objective To investigate the non-invasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV） for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） and respiratory failure,type 2 combined the efficacy and care.Methods 96 patients with COPD and type 2 respiratory failure patients are given in conventional therapy,including 48 cases application of NIPPV therapy for the observation group,no treatment with NIPPV as a control group of 48 cases were observed length of stay,success rate,rate of endotracheal intubation.Results The treatment group 2 h,24 h after the significant improvement in arterial blood gas indices,the average length of stay shortened significantly higher success rate and intubation rate was significantly lower compared with the control group,significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion NIPPV treatment of COPD and type 2 respiratory failure is an effective measure to reduce the length of stay,increase the success rate and reduce intubation rate.
