摘    要:目的:评价针灸配合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:126例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针灸配合推拿手法治疗组(治疗组)和单纯针灸治疗组(对照组),治疗前后进行测评并对其评测结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗前两组腰椎功能评分差异无显著性意义(P0.05),治疗后两组评分分值差异有显著性意义(P0.01),针灸配合推拿手法对腰椎功能的改善优于单纯针灸治疗,两组治疗后评分均与其疗效评分值差异有显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:针灸配合推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯针灸治疗效果较好,且疗程短,病人易接受。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate acupuncture with the manipulation therapy for the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation, and compared with simple acupuncture treatment. Method:126 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into acupuncture with the manipulation therapy group (treatment group) and acupuncture treatment alone (control group), evaluation of assessment and its results were compared before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment, no significant differences in lumbar function score (P〉 0.05), two sets of rating scores after treatment the difference was significant (P 〈0.01), acupuncture and massage techniques to improve lumbar function better than pure acupuncture treatmentafter treatment, scores were its efficacy score differences were significant (P 〈0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture and manipulation therapy for lumbar disc herniation than a simple acupuncture treatment is better, and the short course, the patient is easy to accept.
