| 摘 要： | 目的探讨痉挛肌治疗仪对偏瘫患者足内翻的影响。方法60例足内翻患者分为对照组与观察组，每组30例，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上增加痉挛肌治疗仪治疗。结果两组患者踝关节临床痉挛指数（CSI）治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，治疗后观察组CSI与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论KX-3型痉挛肌治疗仪对偏瘫患者足内翻的异常模式有改善作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Spasticity Therapeutic Apparatus on the talipes varus in ptients with stroke. Methods60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group accepted routine therapy, while the treatment group were treated with the Spasticity Therapeutic Apparatus in addition. ResultsThe Clinic Spasticity Index (CSI) of ankle significantly improved after treatment (P＜0.05) in both groups, and more in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe Spasticity Therapeutic Apparatus can facilitate the recovery of talipes varus of the patients with stroke. |
