| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声检查对急腹症的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析395例急腹症的超声表现并与手术病理、随访结果进行对照。结果:395例急腹症中以急性胆囊炎、阑尾炎、泌尿系结石、妇科急症常见,共334例,占85%,其它急腹症61例,占15%。经手术和病理证实219例,176例临床随访证实。超声符合率89.9%。结论:超声对急腹症的早期诊断具有重要意义,是急腹症首选的诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen in adults.Methods:The ultrasonographic features of 395 acute abdomen cases were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with pathology and clinical follow-up results.Results:In 395 cases,acute cholecystitis,appendicitis,urinary system calculus and gynecological acuted diseases were frequent encountered diseases,occuping 85%(334/395).219 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.176 cases were comfirmed by clinical follow-up.The ultrasonographic diagnosis has been 89.9% accordance to clinical diagnosis.Conclusion:Ultrasonography plays an imprtant role in diagnosis of acute abdomen,and it is the first choice of diagnosis method in most acute abdomen cases. |
