摘    要:采用选择性静脉导管分段取血对10例肾血管性和3例异体肾移植术后高血压病人测定肾素活性水平,比较左右肾静脉和下腔静脉肾素活性的比值,判定肾动脉狭窄取得了满意的结果。异体肾移植术后高血压患者行分测移植肾和自体病肾静脉血肾素活性,发现自体病肾静脉血肾素活性明显高于移植肾,动脉造影证明移植肾动脉无狭窄。为病肾肾素依赖性高血压。用无水乙醇枪塞自体病肾动脉,结果有效。

Abstract:Renin activities in 10 cases of renovascular hypertension and 3 cases of hypertension after renal allograft were determined with melective and segmental blood sampling technique via venous catheter. Specific values of ranin activity which sampled from left,right renal veins and vena cava were compared. Results were satisfied to judge the stricture degrees of each renal arteries. Renin activities of the grafter kidney and patient's own sicked kidney were sampled and determined separatly in patients with hypertension after renal allograft. Results showed that the latter was obviously higher than that of the fomer. Arteriography proved no stricture in the grafted renal arteries. So it is easy to see that hypertension after renal allograft is a renin-depending hypertension caused by patient's own sicked kidney. Embolizing of the artery of patient's own sicked kidney produced effective results.
