| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大鼠先天性隐睾远后期睾丸组织病变特点,为隐睾所致生精障碍提供病理形态学依据。方法应用光镜结合图像分析技术观测18例单侧先天性隐睾和15例正常睾丸病理形态学变化,特殊染色检测间质纤维组织增生,原位末端标记（TUNEL）染色检测细胞凋亡。结果隐睾睾丸重量及指数显著下降,生精小管参数（平均面积、平均周长、平均直径、平均面密度）明显变小,各级生精细胞变性坏死,多核巨细胞形成,生精细胞凋亡率显著增加,间质纤维组织增生。结论先天性隐睾远后期呈现明显病理形态学改变,生精细胞凋亡和多核巨细胞形成是隐睾远后期所致生精障碍的主要途径。 |
