可吸收缝线修复桡骨小头骨折的疗效观察

目的 探讨PDS可吸收缝线修复桡骨小头骨折的临床效果.方法 对21例桡骨小头骨折患者采用Ethicon公司生产的1-0～3-0号PDS带针医用可吸收缝线于相应部位分别钻孔缝扎桡骨小头骨折处,整复碎骨块基本达解剖复位,术后根据情况加用石膏托外固定,进行功能锻炼.结果 21例患者未发生骨折延迟愈合或骨折不愈合,无切口感染及关节感染发生;肘关节功能恢复良好.结论 用可吸收缝线修复桡骨小头骨折能较好地恢复肘关节的功能,且方法简便、实用性强.

Repair of Radial Head Fractures Using Absorbable Suture

Objective To explore the application and clinical outcome of radial head fracture repairs using PDS absorbable suture. Methods Twenty - one eases of radial head fracture were selected in this study. 1 - 0 # - 3 - 0 # needle attached medical absorbable PDS suture made in Ethicon company were used to stitch and ligate the fractured radial heads. Fragments of the radial heads were anatomically reduced and external plaster east fixations were performed according to circumstances after operation. Results All the 21 patients were uneventfully recovered without non - unions, delayed unions, incision inflammations and joint inflammations. The elbow joint function recovered very well. Conclusion It is a well - used reduction way for radial head fractures using absorbable suture due to its facility and practicability. And the elbow joint function recovered very well post - operation.
