1999-2005年武昌车辆厂职工乳腺疾病普查结果分析

目的通过对3次乳腺普查资料的统计和分析，探讨乳腺疾病的危险因素，并提出相应的预防对策。方法分别于1999、2001年和2005年间，对全厂女职工进行流行病学调查及职业健康体检普查，重点对乳腺疾病进行调查与分析。结果自1999年以来，全厂女职工乳腺疾病患病率有上升的趋势，2005年乳腺疾病高达54．8％。结论乳腺疾病好发于30岁以上妇女，主要为乳腺增生，其发生和发展与年龄、经济收入、职业工种等因素有关。

Analysis of Mammary Gland Diseases among the Staff of Wuchang Vehicle Factory during 1999 -2005

Objective] Statistical analysis was made on the data collected from the 3 mammal gland examinations to explore the risk factors for mammal gland diseases and figure out relevant countermeasures. Methods] Epidemiological investigation, occupational physical examination especially mammal gland disease examination were carried out among the female staff of the factory in 1999, 2001 and 2005. Results] Since 1999, the rate of mammal gland diseases showed an increasing tendency among the female staff and reached up to 54.8% in 2005. Conclusion] Mammal gland diseases usually attack the women above 30 years old; the mammal gland diseases are mainly mammary gland hyperplasic and are related with age, income and occupation.
